As we are a fast growing organization, we are currently evaluating candidates for the following position(s):

Student Intern: A Student Intern at Morgen, Evan will be responsible for research and support activities on investment banking deals. The intern is also responsible for assisting with the preparation of various market reports. Student Interns typically work 10-15 hours per week.

Analyst: An Analyst at Morgen, Evan will gain valuable investment banking experience by conducting research projects using various databases and information providers, creating presentation materials, providing market analysis based upon charts and spreadsheets, working on valuation analysis and assisting the senior staff on a daily basis.

Associate: Associates at Morgen, Evan assume significant responsibility including: preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients, analyzing various industries in domestic and foreign markets, identifying and contacting potential prospects, assisting in meeting with senior management of clients and prospects, analyzing possible deal structures and participating in the transaction execution process, and organizing due diligence periods. Japanese speaking a plus.

Vice President: Vice Presidents at Morgen, Evan are responsible for developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, managing Associates, Analysts and Interns and negotiating deal structures. Candidates for this position are required to have prior experience in the investment banking industry. Japanese speaking a plus.
